The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) has revealed no new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Tuesday 11th August, 2020 at 6pm.
All twenty-two samples which were processed and sent to CARPHA earlier this week have yielded negative results.
Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 in Antigua and Barbuda remains ninety-two with thirteen active cases.
Meanwhile, forty-three samples were sent to the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) earlier today.
The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.

556 persons in self quarantine? That number seems a bit excessive.Have they been exposed to the Virus.We need more info on why so many in self quarantine.
The govt need to put a proper system in place to monitor the movement of these persons for the 14 days of quarentine…. In collaboration with the govt, we the citizens & residents need to report any person seen violating the required protocols….. If we do that, then we will be protecting ourselves & love ones from this deadly virus
