Coroner to Inquire into Suspicious Death of 16-Year-Old Mother set for Next Tuesday

3

Next week, an inquiry will be conducted at Straffies Funeral Home to investigate the unexpected death of 16-year-old Yenifer Bridge. Police suspect she was abducted, raped, and murdered.

A Magistrate, acting as a coroner, and a jury will examine the circumstances of her death, adhering to standard procedures for suspicious cases.

Their primary goal is to determine the cause of death. If foul play is suspected, a thorough investigation, possibly including an autopsy, will follow.

Yenifer’s death has raised concerns due to the circumstances. Her body was discovered on the morning of June 28 along Fig Tree Drive.

That same morning, her two-year-old son was found alone on Jonas Road and later reunited with his grandmother at the All Saints Police Station.

Authorities have questioned several individuals, including Yenifer’s boyfriend, as part of the ongoing investigation.

  1. CORONER’S INQUEST: FAKE NEWS: FALSE AND MISLEADING

Today, people may rightly call this ‘…Fake News.’

One is to be guided by:

    (a) ‘…Professional Law enforcement training;
    (b) …Practical knowledge and experience.’

As it affects ‘…CORONER’S INQUEST,’ this what the professional would describe as ‘…False and Misleading’ to the reading to the reading and general public.

    WHY?:
Even now, this is what some Law enforcers, sadly do not know:

Firstly, ‘…Coroner’s Inquests’ are not held at ‘…Funeral Homes.’

They are held within a ‘…Coroner’s Courtroom’ (same Courtroom Magistrates sit for: (i) ‘Summary: ii) Civil: and (iii) Criminal jurisdiction):

There are no: (a) ‘Defendants: (b) Plaintiffs: and (c) Accused.’

It is merely ‘an Inquisition into the ‘…Circumstances surrounding the death of a person.’

    INVESTIGATIVE PROCESS
The ‘Investigative Process’ starts with the investigators ‘…Questioning Persons,’ whether or not ‘…SUSPECTED’ of being involved with the ‘…VIOLENT DEATH’ of a person.

This shall be confirmed by the ‘…EXPERT- PATHOLOGIST,’ providing both the ‘…Coroner and Criminal Investigators with the ‘…Cause/s of Death.’

Accepting that which may happen ‘…Next Week,’ as a formality; (i) ‘…The Coroner and the 5-member Jury’ are merely visiting the ‘…FUNERAL HOME’ to ‘…VIEW THE BODY’ of the deceased person, that is to be ‘…IDENTIFIED’ by a family member.

After which, Coroner; Jury: and Family leave.

    POST MORTEM:
Then the ‘…Pathologist’ conducts ‘…Post Mortem’ (Dissection of body) in the presence of Investigator ONLY.

    REPORT TO CORONER

He will determine the ‘…Cause/s of Death’ and provide a ‘…Report’ through the Investigator to the ‘…CORONER.’

    SHOULD DEATH BE:

    (a) ‘…Natural Cause: Coroner issues ‘…Warrant To Bury (Where Inquest Is Unnecessary).
    (b) …Unnatural Cause: Coroner issues ‘Warrant To Bury (Where Inquest Is Necessary).

    FROM PROFESSIONAL INVESTIGATIVE EXPERIENCE:

From professional experience, the deceased: ‘…YENIFER BRIDGE’ appeared to have been ‘Cold-bloodedly murdered.

ABSOLUTELY NO NEED’ for ‘…CORONER’S INQUEST.’

ONLY AN IDIOT MAY NOT FIGURE THESE OUT.

Whether: (i) ‘…At FIG TREE DRIVE,’ where ‘YENIFER’S body appeared to have been disposed: (ii) ‘…At ‘TIMBUK-2 ROAD,’ where the ‘…CRIMINALLY MINDED,’ would possibly and conveniently, could have positioned themselves to be seen at the ‘…QUESTIONABLE TIME’ of ‘…QUARTER PAST MIDNIGHT,’ by other motor motorists with:

    (a) A Parked vehicle with headlights burning;

    (b) …Two adult males; and

    (c) A two-year-old infant in arms;’ the reported ‘…Finders of ‘YENIFER’S’ innocent ‘BABY,’ that did not have to hide to ‘…Snuff-out’ her life, would have ‘…innumerable Questions’ to answer in this order:
    (i) ‘…The Criminal Investigators: (ii) The Director of Public Prosecutions (Cross-
    Examination):
(iii) …Members of the Jury: and
(iv) …The Court (Clearing up any ambiguity in their testimony).

    Investigative perspective:

BEEN THERE: …PAINSTAKINGLY: …METHODICALLY AND TACTFULLY: …DONE THAT: …SUCCESSFUL INVESTIGATION.
