In the true spirit of Christmas and cooperative values, Community First Cooperative Credit Union (CFCCU) officially launched its Wishes and Warmth initiative on December 16, bringing comfort, care, and joy to those who need it most during the festive season.
As part of the initiative, Community First visited the Salvation Army Sunshine Home for Girls, where residents were invited to share their Christmas wishes. These requests were thoughtfully fulfilled by the Credit Union, ensuring each young lady received gifts selected especially for her — a gesture rooted in dignity, compassion, and genuine care.
The Wishes and Warmth initiative reflects the core credit union principle of “People Helping People.” Beyond financial services, Community First continues to play an active role in uplifting communities across Antigua and Barbuda, particularly during moments when kindness and human connection matter most.
Community First remains committed to meaningful community engagement, social responsibility, and initiatives that positively impact lives. The Credit Union extends heartfelt thanks to the Salvation Army Sunshine Home for Girls for welcoming the team and allowing Community First to be part of their Christmas celebration.

As Antigua and Barbuda prepares to celebrate the season, Community First encourages the wider community to continue sharing kindness, supporting one another, and embracing the cooperative spirit that strengthens us all.
