All parents of students who have gained scholarships into Clare Hall Secondary School are informed that registration of new students will take place on Wednesday 12th July, 2017 from 9: am until 12:00 noon. Parents are asked to take along the following:
One recent Passport sized photo
Original Passport or Birth Certificate
One copy of child’s Birth Certificate or photo page of Passport
Health Card (original)
Copy of child’s Health Card
A registration fee $ 200.00 for girls and $ 275.00 for boys should be taken along to cover P.E shirt, school manual, homework log, crest, song book and leather belt for boys, along with the Ministry of Education ID card.
Parents should also make arrangements to collect their child/ward’s textbooks as personnel from the Board of Education should be on the compound to facilitate the process.
