Charmaine Donovan, CEO of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, hailed the success of the Caribbean Investment Summit 2025 (CIS25), held in Antigua and Barbuda from April 23-25.
Donovan expressed gratitude for the strong turnout of over 400 delegates, the innovative discussions, and the unprecedented participation of regional Prime Ministers, which she said highlighted the sector’s importance and commitment to sustainability.
She also thanked the Prime Minister, the Minister responsible for CIP, government officials, the CIP Board, sponsors, partners, and volunteers for their support.
CIS25, hosted at the American University of Antigua Conference Centre, came as the five OECS countries worked to strengthen their investment migration programs.

Congratulations to the team for pulling off such an important event!
Proud moment for Antigua!
I happy for Antigua hosting, but how much did this event cost taxpayers?
How many actual investors showed up though?
Kudos to CUI!!!!!
