A passionate educator and advocate, she serves as a full-time lecturer at UWI Five Islands and recently earned her Doctor of Education in Leadership & Management from Walden University.
Her mission? Finding real solutions to real challenges in higher education.

Congratulations to the good Doctor. Well done. However there is need for a corrective: A Doctor of Education degree is not a PhD; it is an EdD although both degrees have an academic aspect to them, a EdD is regarded as a Professional Doctorate degree which a PhD is primarily a rigorous Academic pursuit. I am just saying.
