Reports say the establishment, Gold Harbour Supermarket, which is owned and operated by a Chinese national, was robbed by masked gunmen, and the businessman made a report of the incident to the Bolans Police Station.

It is alleged that, at about 2:43 p.m. on November 29, the owner was approached by masked men who had entered through the open door on the west side of the building.

The alleged offenders were brandishing a firearm and proceeded to rob the supermarket. From behind the counter, they removed a black cash register containing $2,000 in cash and a red iPhone 12 valued at US$1,000.
While one of the three masked men was taking the cash register – using force to dislodge it from the electrical connection – another was holding the owner at gunpoint, reports say.

The three men then escaped via the same point of entry and fled in a silver Toyota Mark X motorcar that was parked adjacent to the supermarket. Reportedly they drove off in a westerly direction.

One of the alleged assailants was dressed in three-quarter denim jeans and a navy blue shirt; another was clad in navy-blue coveralls and wore a wide-brimmed hat with a ski mask concealing his face; and the third robber was dressed in a blue shirt and long black
pants and carried a black backpack.

  1. They are not afraid of being seen on camera. Someday someone will come up with some device to trap them and secure them until police arrival.
