Chef Ronald Reagan Wilson to Represent Antigua and Barbuda at Saint Martin’s Festival de la Gastronomie

Chef Ronald Reagan Wilson, Head Chef at Blue Waters Hotel, will represent Antigua and Barbuda at the Festival de la Gastronomie in Saint Martin, according to an announcement from the Antigua and Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association.

Wilson will participate in the festival’s closing event on November 22, where he will present two signature dishes: fungee with a passion fruit and ginger dipping sauce, and Chop-Up Churri.

The association said Wilson’s appearance highlights Antigua and Barbuda’s culinary talent as the regional festival brings together chefs and food enthusiasts from across the Caribbean.
