Antigua and Barbuda Raises ABST Rate to 17%, Impacting Entertainment Sector
Antigua and Barbuda has amended the Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax (ABST) Act through the Revenue (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act #13 of 2023, resulting in an increase in the standard ABST rate from 15% to 17%, effective January 1, 2024.
