
Cashew Hill Man Remanded on Firearms Charges
A Cashew Hill man has been remanded to His Majesty’s Prison until March 11 after appearing in court this week on firearms charges
Caleb Richards appeared before Chief Magistrate Naigo Emanuel in the St. John’s Magistrates’ Court and was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition without the required license
Richards is accused of having in his possession a Raven Arms MP-25 semi-automatic pistol along with six .25 ACP rounds of ammunition on February 3, 2026, at Cashew Hill
He has been remanded to prison and is scheduled to reappear in court on March 11, 2026
