The Ministry of Education, Sports and Creative Industries schedules a meeting for all vendors for Carnival 2023.
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 12th July at the Multipurpose Cultural Centre, Perry Bay, at 5 pm.
This meeting is to discuss the new layout and the way forward for Vendors for Carnival 2023.
Meanwhile, vendor’s fees/payments are currently accepted at the Cultural Unit located on Lower Nevis Street, Mondays – Thursdays, 9 am -3 pm, and Fridays, 9 am – 2 pm.
Vendor’s fees are as follows: –
✓ For Booth Spots Outside (Shanti Town/Las Vegas) -$900.00 (550 + 250*+100)
✓ For Built-in Booths (Andy Roberts Stand) – $850.00 (500+250*+100)
✓ For Tray Spots Outside – $300.00
✓ For Tent Spots Outside – $600.00 (350 + 250*)
✓ For Mobile Vans – $700.00
✓ For Game Spots – $950.00 (700 + 250*)
✓ For Dance Hall – $1,600.00 (1250 + 250*+100)
✓ For Bounce Castles – $650.00
✓ For Kids Zone – $850.00
✓ For Built-in-Booths (ACB Stand) – $750.00
✓ Tray Spots Inside – $400.00
✓ Tent Spots Inside – $650.00 (400 + 250*)
✓ Mobile Vendors – $250.00 (without drink)
✓ Photography Booth – $400.00
✓ Gambling Booth – $1,500.00 (1250 + 250 + 250*)
