He attributes his success to the strong foundation laid by his mother, who worked at Half Moon Bay during his childhood, and the unwavering support of his wife throughout his career. From his early years in the industry to his current position as Food and Beverage Manager at one of Antigua’s premier resorts, Cameron has embraced every opportunity to grow, hone his skills, and uplift those around him.

Cameron has earned a reputation as a dynamic and results-driven leader, with expertise across all areas of food and beverage operations, including performance and expense management, payroll forecasting, staff training and hiring, and quality assurance. His ability to lead teams and inspire his staff has played a pivotal role in the continued success of Blue Waters Resort & Spa.

Under his leadership, Cameron has also excelled in organizing private functions, overseeing catering services, and managing large-scale events. His experience in opening new restaurants and handling refurbishment projects demonstrates his strategic mindset and focus on innovation. He is particularly proud of his ability to maintain food costs within budget and develop strategies to improve productivity, all while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Everyone has their own definition of success and can choose to work towards their own goals. Even without any major success, Life is an adventure to be savored and appreciated in all its ups and downs. Life is not a competition.
