Investment Group, Previously Unsuccessful in Building Homes Twice, Given 3rd Chance by Cabinet

1

CABINET NOTES: The Cabinet has granted a hearing to a local investment group that was granted permission to start a housing project in 1998, after the land assigned to them was partially occupied by private citizens.

The group failed to fulfill their obligations in the past and attempted to renew the Agreement in 2015, proposing to forfeit the land occupied by private citizens.

However, they were once again unable to secure the necessary resources.

Now, the investment group has approached the Cabinet once more, claiming that they can raise the required funds to commence the project within three months.

The Cabinet has given them a six-month period to provide evidence of access to the capital.

Despite the 25-year delay, the Cabinet continues to demonstrate confidence in the local investment group, whose principals have expressed their gratitude.
