  1. Sir Robin has not served parliament for 50 years.
He has not spend row hours aggregate time in parliament over the past three years.
Ha has not spoken a word in parliament over the past three years.
He is the deputy speaker and has not served one second neither as a presenter nor in the role of deputy speaker.
    Now back to regular programing.
Parliament is not a labour party thing.
Cabinet is not a labour party thing.
Cabinet has not say in anyone serving a century in parliament.
If his party wants to celebrate let them do it.
    It is not for cabinet.
So select committee is of the labour party organization and not cabinet.
Cabinet is the executive arm of government.
It is not an arm of the labour party.
Hope they are not planing to spend tax dollars to celebrate nothing.
Let the labour party celebrate Sir Ronin.
The state has already recognized him by awarding him a knighthood.

  3. There will always be the few to try and dim the light of others. Bitterness does not get you anywhere.

What have you done in 50 years for your country?

God bless you and may your souls rest in peace.

  4. He looks like Bilbo Baggins from Lord Of The Rings lol….Congratulations Sir Robin and thank you for your dedicated service to the nation…

  5. Gaston is a non entity, both he and his gang so he keeps some of the old alp politicians to invoke labor party in the people heart as how they just go by the V.C Bird statue to invoke labor party supporter sympathies, now they going play robin sympathy to get a new political entrant who would be powerless, because robin leave st phillip north in a complete real estate take over for himself and white friends, even up as devil’s bridge ostensibly appear to be under the control of shell companies associated with robin yearwood, and randy is too small a bit to address those issues, so when robin depart it is for randy to go ahead protecting robin gains to show thankfulness. So he is not for the people, his silence is deafening concerning the atrocities robin committed against the people, oh! I forgot that robin is white and therefore entitled to white privilege, none of our little black boys will challenge that, not even Gaston.

  7. Congrats to Sir Robin. A man who has empowered his constituents, regardless of political color. Speaking to him one always hears expressed his love for Antigua. Would feel blessed to get lands in especially Wllikies. The areas that makeup his constituencies tend to be quiet safe places most persons would enjoy retiring

  8. @Tenman do the National Park still have a latrine porta potty wrapped in the colours of the flag at devils bridge while the limestones from the quarry are used to build fences around his property?
Freetown, St. Phillip’s, Bethesda, Lion Hill, Old Road. are just as safe as Willikies.
It’s the people who reside in those areas which have not been stacked with the criminals imported by the ABLP that make those communities safe. Unlike St. John’s and its surrounding Communities that are stacked with whorehouses, cocaine bars, rum shops and greasy rodent infested food establishments operating 24 hours per day and having the City smell like the old time shit cart.

  9. @AH DAT U FU STUD You are telling lies by suggesting that CARICOM nationals don’t live in Robin’s constituency. Many do especially because the rent in those areas is less than the rural areas. While you attack immigrants, the facts show its our own young men who in general are hotting up the place. The same hate you seem to have for A&B, they play it out in their hatred for others. A big part of the problem is struggling women left to raise boys. This issue is not unique to A&B. As for Sir Robin, respect his push for local ownership. Those foreign companies especially when it comes to things like utilities have no respect for us

  10. @@AH DAT U FU STUDY.. (some data) the last census (2011, the best we can do until the current ones data is released) points out that most of the areas outside of the city have 20 to 24 percent of the residents being foreign born. For the city areas its about 36 percent (St Johns city 36.6, St Johns Rural (34 percent)

  11. @Tenman & @ANR – Slew Dem by Capleton.
Drop de lyrics pan U @Tenman, do dat him kno dat him cyan kno, dat him always a hide behind stats lakka BLOUSE & SKIRT.
@Tenman stick to the facts, for Robin Yearwood to be in the Parliament for 50 years, with the Devils Bridge National Park in his Constituency, the area should be developed like Jolly Harbor with all pickey head neargah pickny and grand pickny own all de businesses and dem, instead ah de beach bum dat come ah Antiqua wid nutten and now own three international resort.
Ah dem a de STAT twist mouth, raw mouth, halitosis breath Tenman fu study.

@ANR – R We dun kno how BAKARA NEARGAH behave. We no haffu light flamboo fu find R U innah de dark. R U tinking kin smell fram Debble bridge to Sandy Island.

  12. You don’t survive in politics for 50 years without the support of the people. Well done, Sir Robin.
