  1. Them non engineer officials in Antigua that comes back home to take advantage of the tax payers purse getting full salary and drives around in government SUV’s because of their families political support, which gives them job entitlement, I would a been ashamed, to be the butt of the academic world, wether it’s in APUA or public works it’s the same cry, sometimes people comes in from carilec to facilitate courses and wonder how in the world could our electricity manager be holding that position as manager without basic engineering capability, so to in public works the engineers serve as oppressor of their subordinates instead of imparting knowledge and skills.that could further develop the human resources capacity, that bridge on pares main road just need a concrete paving with double steel matting and high strength concrete, and could have been done lane at a time, we the people from the east community went down under the culvert and film and take photos to show the public works individual that nothing is wrong with the culverts, but I guess as Gaston brown said, there is official getting their kick back from these private contractors, the engineers in Antigua are been infantillised, due to their lack of capacity, come to think of it this guy Gaston brown is unpredictable you know, he may one day ask what workin APUA is the electricity manager doing ? is he the engineer of wires on the poles ? Because there is numerous engineers watching those wire on the poles, this electricity manager destroyed Apua capacity to be an independent power provider, and so to public work engineer with all that name knows not one damn $h!t.
