CONGRATULATIONS: …HUFFED IN 2023: …MERITORIOUSLY HONORED- 2025
ACE DETECTIVES: ‘…BURNETTE AND DAVIS.’
Undoubtedly, these two fine gentlemen, in their own right and contrasting:
(a) ‘…BUSINESS OCCUPATION: and
(b) …LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSION,’ have been ‘…MERITORIOUSLY HONORED.’
CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH.
***
INTERESTINGLY
The latter, a former subordinate, had been ‘…HUFFED OF THIS HONOR IN- 2023.’
This occurred when, environmentally, two ‘…NON-ACTIVE’ and ‘…DECADES-LONG RETIREE,’ considered for membership on the ‘…POLICE SERVICE COMMISSION (PSC),’ had ‘…EDGED HIM OUT OF RECKONING.’
CAUTION:
Even so, none shall impute anything negative or improper motive on the part of the ‘…HIS MAJESTY’S REPRESENTATIVE.’
Though not necessarily a ‘…CRIMINAL ACT,’ in the eyes of the then ‘…ACTIVELY SERVING MEMBERS ON THE POLICE SERVICE,’ it could still have been considered ‘…KING’S POLICE MEDAL (KPM) ROBBERY.’
QUESTIONS: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
(a) ‘…What of the two ‘…ACE DETECTIVES:’
(i) ‘…FORMER ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER-NUFFIELD BURNETTE: and
(ii) …FORMER ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER- CLAYTON DAVIS?’
(b) …WILL THEY BE SO HONORED FOR THEIR YEOMAN SERVICE TO THE NATION?’
TALK GOOD.

Congratulations!! On being noticed by ur master…..Keep up the good work subjects…..
What pompey meant was for someone who has never done anything outstanding in the force to have received this honor speaks volume. Probably the woman police who saved the tourist would have been more deserving of the kings police medal! We all know the trend in the royal police force of how to be promoted 1. There is a godfather in the P.S.C or2.You are part of some cliche. This force has lost all morality and the members are left demotivated.
WHO CARES, is any of this solving permanent issues facing this smelly little island?
Well done gentle men but at the same time their are many unsung heroes around the island that also should be recognized for their unselfish contribution and hard work weather by the King or our local leadership.Share the glory
What are these honors about? King this and king that. We shouldn’t be involved in any king-ing in this day and age
I am not sure what to say but I will say congratulations. I will say I hope these awardee use their platform to help others in their endeavors that is intended to have positive national and international impact.
My firearms license is expired before getting the required mandatory class the COP required of me. Even after submitting that I have taken such class already in the US (FBI, Military and DHS) level. So the waiver should be granted but I am still available to do their lower level class, if that makes them feel happiest. Also provided them with the certificate of the classes taken in the US.
To this day, not one response. I think folks should be awarded based not based on years of service but on merit, working, solving, helping others.
Antigua and Barbuda needs to stop this year’s of service and who you know nonsense. Merit is the way.
@ my way of helping…Good Luck…You have to be behind them because they have no time to remember you they have crime to solve and other matters to deal with….You have to know somebody and have some strings pulled for those kinds of process to move fast….Jeffers is Deputy Commissioner so he must have done good work through the decades to have risen to second in command (rubs chin)…..Whistles……
We shower you with honours, Sir Aziz! From our local corrupt government, and thru their recommendation to our plundering and Slave Master King! Great and profound have been your works in this small so-called poor island nation of ours. For all of three generations your clan and caste have worked tirelessly to foster and spread corruption thru and across our political leadership. You earn millions every month thru the amazing deal that allows you to monopolize electricity generation in this small island, in collaboration with the eternal minister of energy and other hidden interests. For decades government procurement has been your fief, transferring millions from every annual budget into your coffers and shared with the plundering political elites. Your political investments in every election in this country go far in empowering the regime YOU desire, rather than one that will empower and liberate our nation from your chokehold. The national Treasury and Customs Department are your playground, to do with as you please. Indeed the tentacles of your caste’s enfeebling and corrupt influence pervade the entire upper echelons of the national Public Service. Yes, Sir !! Your billions in dollars, bullion, property (here and worldwide), lands, and the souls of men, have ALL been pillaged and plundered from a little country in the Caribbean Sea. Your strategy to share some scraps of the filthy lucre with the political whores you cultivate has worked well. While those traitors exalt themselves over the poor, debase our politics and our culture, deny us our rightful opportunities in our land, there you go — fat and swollen with ill gotten gain and the vain honours piled upon your greedy vicious head! Walk well, Sir and Lord of Antigua. When we Africans finally awake and discover our true selves, your world will tremble and the house slave negroes that worship your type and betray us to secure a share of your loot, will be buried with their corrupt gains and cursed for all the remainder of our history.
