The police are reportedly searching for a man after he and his brother terrified their family members in Newfield Monday evening.
According to reports, officers had to call for backup and use rubber bullets to subdue the men, who were armed with a cutlass and a piece of stick.
The police were reportedly called to the scene, after the men began chasing their family members with the weapons around 6 pm, forcing several to lock themselves in the three houses on the property.
When officers arrived, the men reportedly threw items and broke nearby windows.
According to reports one of the men also climbed onto a house roof and threatened to harm himself.
The police reportedly apprehended one of the suspects but the other eluded capture.
Investigations are ongoing.
