  1. Pure waste of money initially……
Since the initial construction of that bridge , it was evident that 2 vehicles could not fit coming from opposite directions. Who in the world was the mastermind that approved it ????

  2. Pixie makes her appearance once again👀
    Smh!
Come to the press first lady,
And then answer questions as to why the roads are in such deplorable conditions!
    Eh pixie…give me a break!
    Only in la..🤔

  3. The bridge going off Popeshead street needs widening and the one going Bolans. Seems oir engineers is too old and out dated, we have so many Vehicles nowadays and larger trucks . Why waste tax payers dollars. We are paying more for works without proper planning .

  4. From the first time I watch that Culver been built I said to myself, these book trainee engineer has not grasp a thing or have any internship, it was some class room example he or she could remember of building a culvert as it really is, and not bridge as we keep saying, because none a them here is capable of building a bridge, and he or she who had job entitlement by politics and connection wasted Antigua tax money doing that crap, reimagined the amount of overtime pay hours that went into that at the time plus now again. That civil engineer cost Antigua quadruple.
