Police are investigating a burglary at a clothing store on Corn Alley which left the owner facing losses of more than $3,000 in cash along with cigarettes, electronic vapes, phones and a tablet.
The break-in at Fashion Alert happened between Thursday evening and early Friday morning. Thieves smashed a glass door to gain entry, then ransacked the shop before escaping.
Forensic officers examined the scene but no useful leads have yet been found.
Police are urging anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigations Department or Crime Stoppers.

The government needs to put an initiative of a 50% discount in place on customs duty for businesses and homeowners to bring in CTV security cameras to secure their properties. Or businesses get 75% discount, and homeowners get 50%
Smfh. And people will support them by buying the stolen goods from them knowing they don’t own a store
At this rate, insurance companies might start running from Antigua too.

In Antigua the high class thieves with long bags and deep pockets do not give a hoot, because they cannot be touched, they have immunity. They do no care one bit about the rest of society all they do is pay lip service because they are not the victims
