Police Probe Discovery of Dead Body-CLICK HERE TO JOIN OUR WHATS APP GROUP
Police are continuing investigations into the circumstances surrounding a body that was found in the area of Blackman’s Estate.
Around 1:15 am on Friday, August 16, the body of a male was discovered lying motionless in what appears to be a pool of blood on the road leading to the back of the stadium.
He was found clothed in a pair of short jeans and a multicolored boxers, and was not wearing a shirt. A doctor arrived at the scene and pronounced him dead at 2:39 am.
Police are still on the scene gathering additional information. Further details will be provided as the investigation unfolds.

EARLIER: Police are investigating the 9th homicide of the year after an unidentified man was found in a pool of blood in North Sound early Friday morning.
A man’s body was reportedly found in a pool of blood behind the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium, though his identity remains unknown.
In a separate incident, residents in Parham alerted police to gunfire exchanged between occupants of two vehicles.

The thought came to me a week ago, following the wave of crime in the island over the past two years.
I wondered how many of these persons involved in these crimes had taken the COVID Vaccine and if it had affected them mentally. It would be useful to know.
On the other hand where are these guns coming from? Who is licensed to sell guns on the island and what is the criteria for owning a gun. Does this rest with the sales person or are these sales monitored by the Police.
It seems to me that the problem can be solved if proper Laws are put in place to monitor Gun control and it needs to done now.
