Browne Confirms Better Coordination Between APUA and Public Works as Water and Road Works Align
Prime Minister Gaston Browne has confirmed that improved coordination now exists between the Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) and the Ministry of Public Works, ensuring that critical upgrades to the water distribution system are being addressed in tandem with planned road rehabilitation works.
His response came during Tuesday’s sitting of Parliament, following a question from Opposition Leader Jamale Pringle, who asked whether the government intended to fix the water network before proceeding with road upgrades.

Does that mean he has the tongue of the ministers especially the minister of works?
Anyhow since when did that cooperation begin?
Does that cooperation exist in St Johns?
So is Redcliffe Street exempted from that cooperation?
When will Radcliffe Street be returned at least to the state it was before APUA turned it into a dirt race track?

I was to be better synergy during upp time and now under ALP it’s better coordination, are these descriptive semantics suppose to convey it happens, will never be unless that APUA develop staking sheet data under the auspicies of the DCA in coordination with public works also, DCA should be the repository of all staking sheet data information, along with Apua acquiring or contract private directional boring machine to lay pipes without digging up the roads, Antigua operate rudderless because of entitlement of politicians and civil servant in position as square pegs. So nothing will happen if the politicians are flying pass their nest.
