Bakesha Francis-James Reaffirms Commitment to Integrity and Development Amid Misinformation.
Dear Friends and Neighbors of St. George,I am writing to address the recent circulation of alleged private conversations and unfounded endorsements that have surfaced in our community.
Let me be clear: silence is not consent, and I refuse to allow these distractions to divert our focus from what truly matters—serving St. George with unwavering integrity, steadfast dedication, and a clear vision for progress.
For years, I have proudly served as a former Senator, Youth Activist, Public Speaker, Sports Advocate, Women’s Rights Champion, and Leadership & Community Development Advocate.
As a lifelong resident of this vibrant community, I understand the challenges we face and the immense opportunities that lie ahead.
My commitment is and always will be to build a brighter, more inclusive future for every resident of St. George.
Our journey forward is anchored not only in our shared history but also in a robust agenda for community development. I have long championed initiatives that empower our youth, support local small businesses, and strengthen our infrastructure.
Moving forward, my campaign plans to expand community centers, enhance public health services, and create sustainable economic opportunities.
These initiatives are designed to ensure that every citizen of St. George can thrive in a modern, resilient, and forward-thinking environment.
As we approach the upcoming primary on March 18, 2025, my campaign remains devoted to hard work, real solutions, and a respectful, issue-based political dialogue.
I believe that our discussions should center on policies, progressive development, and the well-being of our community—not on personal attacks or misleading claims.
I invite all residents of St. George to join me in this journey of progress.
Your voice is vital, and together, we can shape the future we all deserve.
Thank you for your continued support.

Bakesha…You should be the last to talk about INTEGRITY. You should know what I am talking about.
Wow!!! Mrs James you sound like an opposition hopeful. One would take a deep breath is he is told that you are a member of the party in government. So what hinders all of the issues you are advocating for? Have you forgotten that it is your party leader and prime minister who said that constituencies which rejected his party should fall at the back of the line or sit under the table in the event crumbs fall off? Well, My Dear, if you find your constituency deteriorating and services are not readily available look at your party and your prime minister. Where will you get the funding for the infrastructural development that you have outlined? Will it come from your pocket or will it come from the treasury? If it will come from you pocket why don’t you do it now to enhance your chances? If it will come from the treasury why don’t you make it happen and take the praises? Oh how I wish we were in the days of Ananias and his wife. When you told a lie you instantly feel the jerk in your chest and all around you see it. Take it from me. There is no vacancy for a parliamentary representative in St George right now. The present one is doing a great job. Join him and help move your constituency forward!!!!!!!
St. George voting Joel. Let it Rayne Let it Rayne. It will RAYNE in St. George.
Dean Jonas is writting in the background. Bakesha you should get rid of Dean Jonas. He is NOT helping you.
Shame on some of you. The young lady has enough courage than all of you negative minded people.
Why isn’t anybody talking about Michael Freeland, I read a comment where someone accused him of stealing Custom money. Is that true? Mr. Freeland I would like to know
no! think you might be referring to the 3 school buses donated to serve our school children, but were instead personally registered in the names of 3 UPP politicians: Jackie “RAG TAG” Quinn, Harold “Limpy Joe” Lovell and Wilmoth “Stripper Pole Bus” Daniel
These people are so bitter and Nasty 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 what a society we live in.
Prime Minister ..You barred Michael Freeland from running against your wife in RURAL EAST because of the CUSTOMS MONEY. Why the hell is Michael Freeland running in St. George .
Michael should be BARRED from all elections in Antigua.
