Bakesha and her team stand by their Campaign moto: Improving lives, one day at a time.
Paynters West and Potters residents were the beneficiaries of this major clean-up initiative led by St. George’s political hopeful Bakesha Francis-James and her dedicated team. Over the weekend, volunteers came together to clear waste and remove debris leaving a renewed sense of cleanliness.
Bakesha says this will be an ongoing project as there is still a lot of work to be done. She encourages residents to keep our surroundings clean.
This initiative is not new for Francis-James, who has long been a champion of community-driven projects.
Her continued genuine passion for service and hands-on approach to leadership continues to make her a familiar face in St. George’s, where she continues to spearhead efforts that improve the lives of residents.
“We are not just cleaning up our surroundings she continually says, we are taking care of our community,” said Francis-James. “A clean community promotes pride, safety, and overall well-being.
Francis-James and her team remain committed to making a difference, proving that leadership is not just about words but about action. With continued efforts like this, the Paynters West and Potters communities are also setting an example of what can be achieved when people unite for a common cause.

Shouldn’t the government of which she is affiliated with feel ashamed? Shouldn’t she be ashamed to be affiliated with this government? What hapoend to the men who have been employed to clean the roadside in the communities? Is the community and constituency being deliberately neglected in an attempt make the parliamentary representative look bad and enhance their potential candidate’s chances? I’ve been following Mrs James and I must tip my hat off to her. I love how consistent she is and this has been going on for years and I know this because my daughter use to cheerlead with Mrs James dance group and she is beyond pleasant.
The race is between Freeland and James
