Antigua and Barbuda Art Week 2025

Antigua and Barbuda Art Week has opened with a vibrant showcase at V.C. Bird International Airport, where the new terminal’s arrival hall has been converted into a gallery of local artwork.

The exhibition, organised by the V.C. Bird International Airport Authority, welcomes travellers with paintings and mixed-media pieces as the country launches a week celebrating its creative sector.

The festival, presented by the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority and the Department of Culture, runs from 26 November to 2 December. It features visual arts, fashion, music, dance, spoken word and traditional cultural practices.

Organisers say this year’s programme is the most immersive to date, with events staged across public spaces and cultural venues to highlight both established and emerging artists. The initiative aims to strengthen national cultural identity and support the growth of the creative industries.

Art Week continues with exhibitions, performances, workshops and live showcases throughout the week.
