Four Antigua and Barbuda utility workers returned home on Thursday after completing restoration duties in Jamaica following Hurricane Melissa, the Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) said.

APUA confirmed that Supervisor Kelvin Tanner returned in late November, while team members Sean Spencer, Wamani Grayman, Jamany Anthony and Shoy Matthew arrived back in Antigua on 5 December 2026.

The authority thanked the crew for their service, noting that they represented the country “with pride” during the recovery effort. “We thank them for their outstanding service and for representing Antigua and Barbuda with pride. Welcome home, gentlemen,” APUA said.
