APUA updates customers on water and electricity

Some circuits have already been safely restored. Our restoration efforts will resume with the utmost commitment to safety as soon as the Met Office gives the all-clear.

Please be aware that our water facilities depend on electricity to function. Once power is restored, we will conduct safety checks on high-voltage panels and motors to ensure they are free from moisture and other potential hazards.

We thank our customers for their usual support and continue to ask for patience during this time.#SafetyFirst #APUA

  1. Apua needs to step up their game they in this business far too long for the same thing keeps happening every time this season arrive

  2. THANKS TO APUA LINESMEN: THANKS MANAGER BRADSHAW

The ‘…Light Foote Community,’ has already been ‘…ENERGIZED.’

Still, for other affected communities, ‘…GREATEST’ exercise of caution.

    Thanks ‘…LINESMEN: …Thanks ‘Manager.’

Let the ‘…Energy and Water’ flow.

  3. C’mon …if one tree fell it was plenty
Y was the electricity taken at 9am
This is getting tiresome every time

  4. I have backup power sources so all is good at my home but much respect to the APUA linesmen and others in the field working at this time.

I hope situations like this can help us better prepare for when something really destructive bares down on us and we suffer power issues that last a lot longer than a few hours.
