Mama has to bathe,Papa has to bathe. What are they to bathe with,if there is no water.Your internet service is slower than the movements of turtles. When I turn on my computer, the connectivity takes forever. It spins and spins like for a very long snooze then connects.
How about giving better services to reduce the negative impact
I am laughing 😂 but it’s the truth, maybe if APUA advertised like that then customers wouldn’t be annoyed because they would know what they’re signing up for.
Bout buy Flow and Digicel smh it’s like picking your poison ☠️
Exactly! Focus on the substantive issue. Better service. Be quick to respond to customer complaints. Usually, I’d like to believe they can do both at the same time but APUA has transformed itself into a laughing stock. The people making and sharing that post probably aren’t doing it on an APUA network because we know how they work… or don’t work.
Big Lol!!!! Oh geez I love this country
APUA needs to accept that this nation is striving to be an economic powerhouse…. As a result, as an Internet Service Provider (ISP), the company need to provide better internet service. The internet is now considered as a basic staple for our livelihood…
The water goes on and off for days. The force that it comes back on with damages all the pipes and creates leakage. Get your act together. Learn from criticism.
An acknowledgement that subscribers may be unhappy with their services and how they plan to improve, would have been the noble thing to do. But typical behavior of a monopoly power.
I am dam fed up now, every God’s day water is off especially on week ends or off in the day comes on at 1am and by 10 is running cooking oil style and at the end of the month water bill high.
Electricity on and off daily, this includes night. Every has to bathe, Robin knows that.
Internet oh my head, the worst my grand child can’t to his works with comfort loosing house at times. At times when on the phone speaking RECONNECTING COMES ON THE CALLS DROP.
My God, APUA all the areas bad, that’s not good enough and people paying. PLEASE GIVE US WHAT WE ARE PAYING FOR.
Instead of addressing the issues at hand, APUA chooses to reassure their customer that it’s still safe to pay their bills for the crappy services online. MURDAH!
Hmmmmmm, reminding people it’s still safe to pay their bills, instead of telling people that u all will fix the problems in all areas. You all don’t care about the customers that’s keeping u all in business. Just the button line. money money money money money money money money money money money money money over people. Just SHAMEFUL.
