The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) has started the year by providing water storage tanks and pumps to customers following the conclusion of its Christmas “WATT a Wonderful Time” promotion.
On Friday, APUA teams delivered two 800-gallon water storage tanks and water pumps to the promotion’s winners in Old Road and Herberts.
The authority said the initiative is intended to improve household water security, particularly during periods of supply disruption.
APUA thanked customers who took part in the promotion and congratulated the winners, adding that community-based initiatives remain central to its customer engagement efforts.
Residents have been encouraged to follow APUA for information on future promotions and community programmes as the utility continues to work to improve service delivery across Antigua and Barbuda.
