APUA apologises for its failed water schedule

The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) Water Business Unit wishes to apologise to its customers who were scheduled for water distribution and did not receive it as planned. Unforeseen technical issues cause major delays to today’s (26th April 2022) anticipated distribution.

We will be repairing a broken 20″ main between Crabbs RO Plant and Parham Booster Station tomorrow Wednesday 27 April 2022. This will impact distribution to some areas however an update will be posted for tomorrow’s schedule.

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

    AND CRABBS 2 mins away from Parham

    Imagine Parham has a whole RO before most places got theirs constructed, all back in the day when they had BLACK PINE PLANT in Lester Bird Days. Water used to even come thru the lines HOT!! ASK OLD PPL IF IS JOKE!!

  7. A step in the right direction I would call this. In the past they never even apologized to the customers.
    Cabinet should keep putting pressure on these guys and girls. They have no respect for the customers, and they don’t care whatsoever. Heads must roll to send a strong message. The box stops with the Cabinet. So, the Cabinet should do something about it. As simple as that. Someone must be held accountable. Pressure makes water go up hill.
