The Court of Appeal has reduced the sentence of a rapist.

The man was sentenced to 20 years in jail by Justice Keith Thomas in 2017, for raping a minor.

In April 2015, the convict offered the young girl a ride but instead of taking her directly to where she was going, parked somewhere and raped her before taking her to her destination.

This week, the Appeals Court ruled against overturning the conviction but agreed that  20 year sentence, should be reduced because the trial judge did not give a starting point to explain how he arrived at 20 years.

The Court of Appeal stated that the starting point in this case should be 12 years and taking other factors into consideration, reduced the sentence from 20 to 15 years.

  1. There is at least a 50% chance that this woman falsely accused this man to begin with. Hopefully one day there are severe prison sentences for women who falsely who accuse men.

Although, it seems police and the courts lately are starting to figure out now that many women lie and falsely accuse men. Hopefully these kind of women will be sent to prison for a long time.

Everybody knows that women like to get revenge against men, because women hate being rejected or they feel spiteful when ‘their man’ leaves them to find a hotter chick. It’s so predictable.
