Makeup artist and entrepreneur Charity Henry will represent Antigua and Barbuda at the BTA 8th Annual Miss International Elegant Mothers Pageant in St. Maarten/St. Martin on March 14.
Henry, a mother of two, says her participation is driven by a desire to inspire young girls to recognize their potential. Born and raised in Antigua, she is a former Head Girl of All Saints Secondary School and began working in the beauty industry at age 13.
She has since built a regional reputation for her carnival makeup artistry and is expanding her brand across services and cosmetics. Henry previously won Miss Teenage 2017 and Miss Labour Queen 2022.
She currently works as a makeup artist for Fenty Beauty at Lipstick Antigua while developing her own brand.
The coronation will be held at the ALEEZE Event Hall, with red carpet at 7 p.m. and showtime at 8 p.m. Tickets start at US$30 in advance and US$50 for VIP.
