Dalso previously earned his LLB degree from the University of London in August 2020, graduating with honours, reflecting his strong academic foundation.
While undertaking his Bar Training Course (BTC), Dalso demonstrated exceptional initiative and passion for dispute resolution by enrolling with ADR/ODR International.
He successfully completed and became certified in Mediation, Arbitration, and advanced Negotiation, earning professional recognition in all three disciplines.

Recalling his journey, Dalso stated that “although it is a very euphoric feeling, I am very humbled by my accomplishments because it did not come overnight but through hard work, dedication, and sacrifices”.
Kelton’s achievements were further celebrated at the official Graduation Ceremony for the University of the West of England in Bristol, held on the 26th November 2025 at the historic Bristol Beacon.
This ceremony marked not only his academic transition but also the recognition of his expanding legal directory and professional capability.

Congratulations Mr. Delso. You have shown resilience and toughed out the hard times. Buckled down and were studious. You have gained your victory but your road still has a long way to travel and I wish you success in your career as you move forward and look forward to seeing you chart your next course.
Congratulations Mr. Dalso on your achievement.
Congrations. I have been so busy and out of it, I was trying to remember the 3 electives (classes I can pick and not forced upon me like the others ha ha ha) I did in law school and they were Alternate Dispute Resolution, Sports law and Administrative/regulatory law. Of course you know my highest grades were in these areas with Tort, Criminal Law, Contract Law, UCC, Wills and Trust, Remedies, & Code of Professional Responsibility, coming closely after (these last sets of classes are classes you must do, forced upon you). There are more forced upon you classes and you must pass them all.
I honestly can’t believe I got to attend college in the US, and paid for law school out of pocket and did a bachelor’s and Masters without any financial help from any politicians.
I was looking at my old bills for private student loans, do you know I owed (past tense) more than $1,000,000.00 ($1 million) in private student loans? I looked at just 1 of my student loans which I borrowed $20,000 and the bank sent me a letter saying if you pay according to the payment agreement, you will be paying about $76,000. Isn’t that murder that when you borrow $20,000 but have to pay back about $76,000? But remember this, this was only 1 of the many loans I have, I think I had over 10 of them.
Schooling shouldn’t be this expensive for people who wants to learn. I want to thank my uncle for co-signing these student loans, and for both parents who contributed what they could.
I am happy for achieving what I achieved because, to me, it was impossible and is a miracle that this guy made it to where I can die and be satisfied with where I am in life. Thank you God, you made it happen, not me. Please make it easier for others though. Please.

Congratulations on your call to the bar but is it necessary to write this article in such a way as to make it sound absolutely ground breaking as if he is the only person to have ever achieved this? The writer really overdid it with the pen.
Madea is not MADD one bit about the blond wig. Washie says it fit him like Shenaynay.
Family! Congratulations.
