I pray that when he returns with his degree his voice will not only be heard but will be acted upon for the procurement of better health in this region. That he will be provided with the laboratories and equipment and support staff to meet the realizations of his dreams.

A word of congratulations is all this fine scholar requires at this time without your regurgitating your negative vibes upon him! Suppose….? What if…..?
So, congratulations and best wishes on your advanced studies and even if you don’t meet an ideal environment in which to work, the invested expended, to date, in bringing you to this elevated position in your academic and professional growth will empower you to fix what need(s) to be fixed.

Certainly Kudos must be given to this young doctor whose aspiration is to reach to the stars. However, the others who may similar dreams but are facing challenges cannot be overlooked.
