Upcoming Road closures
The Northbound Lane along Sir George Walter Highway between West Indies Oil gas station and the entrance of Ace Rent A Car will be closed. This is to facilitate asphalt milling works, earthworks and road base works.

Time: from 7 am on Thursday 22nd August to 6 pm on Thursday, 29th August
Duration: 1 week
Traffic Management Plan: A single file Traffic Management Plan will be implemented and controlled by temporary traffic lights 24 hours a day. Traffic Personnel will be onsite during the day to control the traffic.
Access: Local Access will be maintained to all businesses in the area
Sir George Walter Highway will be closed between V.C. Bird International Airport and Powell’s Main Road. This is to facilitate drainage works within this section.

Powell’s Main Road will be closed locally between the turning from Sir George Walter Highway and the back of the Henderson 2004 building. This is to facilitate drainage works within this section.
