EX-H.E. Boris LATOUR

The government of Antigua and Barbuda has revoked the appointment of Ambassador Boris Latour following an investigation in Switzerland.

Prime Minister Gaston Browne and Foreign Affairs Minister E.P. Chet Greene confirmed the decision, taken weeks ago after reports about Latour were received.

Latour denies allegations of wrongdoing claiming his father fabricated the accusations to damage his reputation.

Appointed in 2023, Latour served as Antigua and Barbuda’s Permanent Representative to the UN in Geneva, Ambassador to France, and Permanent Representative to UNESCO in Paris and Vienna.

  1. I think Boris was an excellent ambassador. He did so much for Antigua. I hope they once the case is put to rest mr Latour will be vindicated

  2. He is among of people with questionable histories that are Ambassadors
If we had real journalist in this country many of the Ambassadors would be in jail.

  3. How much did he pay for that diplomatic appointment? Which government official sold him that office? Will the investigation uncover these secrets?
