Antigua Cabinet Takes Action to Place Unemployed Fathers in Jobs to Support Single Mothers and Children

Well! What a comedy of errors these clowns are? UPP had the MOMS program as a plan going forward,with the government putting a measly 1 million dollars into an account so mothers are not allowed to suffer with the youths as they wait for daddy to find work.
With unemployment as bad as it has been in decades,all the failed thirty something projects by the Browne DAWG, all these misfits do is continue to pack the already overburdened public sector.
When,pray tell,will they find sustainable employment for these unemployed fathers?
Just jokers one and all. And so badminded! Because it was a UPP suggestion, the DAWG will try to dismiss it as foolish or unsustainable. He has no clue what to do, but wants to rubbish good ideas. No wonder they’re bribing UPP people to join ALP.

Imagine other people a come here and find work and the locals dem always crying out how dem nuh have work, can anyone else see something seriously wrong with these locals.
Cant always depend on the gov to do everything, at least do your part in helping yourself.
I came here and have a business and the locals lazzy, they coing late to work, they just come to work and eating breakfast, they absent without even a call to say they not coming.
I now only hire Jamaicans, spanish or Guyanese, dem a hrd working people and serious bout working.

I am Guyanese and came here years ago. I’ve been around many Antiguans for all these years, had a lot as friends. Now I have my own house and car and family, what do they have………………80% of them are the same way or worse, no progress.
Work and finding jobs is not the problem, its the mindset of the individual is the problem cause I worked security for one year then resigned and still in my job, many things I had to go through but it paid off in the end.
God helped those who try to help themselves, faith without works is dead, have to at least try, where there is a will there is a way.

You will find the best way to alleviate that is mandatory DNA testing at birth….. Time enough for the single mothers to shut their dam legs….
