The Prime Minister explained that the Cabinet stands full-square with law enforcement, and resources of the Treasury are to be made available in order to stem the tide of these violent crimes.
The Police Commissioner noted that there can be no statistics for crimes prevented; however, patrols and ‘Stop-and-Search’ by the Police and Military are a deterrent.
The Police noted that new perpetrators of a younger age are choosing to become criminals, and to seek out victims that are easier to rob.
It was agreed that all the data collected required analysis in order to determine the best strategy.
Collaboration between the Antigua and Barbuda Transport Board and the Police to provide the names of owners of plate numbers is assured.

The IT Specialist provided assurance that the public cameras are working and that the monitors will show images of events that are taking place on the ground.

The mindset of law enforcement in ANU also needs to change. I believe that there must be a more proactive response when dealing with crime. The police force needs modernization and officers need to advance their education in crime fighting. Criminals now days are more astute than the police and have manage to narrow down when they are active on the streets and when they are sleeping at night. Police stations should be open and officers available to take and respond to reports. All the old heads of law enforcement must go, they are not keeping up with the times.
You need an expert in national security, criminology, social and behavioral prediction, law, victimology (this is vitally important to understand criminal and the victims or criminal opportunity they pick) etcetera.
I have provided myself, free of charge, to do things that sadly no other available in Antigua at the helm of the various law enforcement agencies are educated and or trained to do.
I will once more say, I am available. My knowledge and resources are available. I would say a large amount, if not all, crimes I have read about could have been stopped, had my recommendation been used. Many things could have been changed and increasing penalty as was previously stated by those in authority is not impactful. It is why crime continued even after that announcement.
My plan is available. You can summon me to your offices, I will be there without cost to you.
I want to inform the Attorney General of Antigua, The Antigua and Barbuda Police Commissioner, and his subordinates and other local law enforcement officials and personnel in Antigua and Barbuda that no actions they have taken in the past 2 years and even more have, but mainly recently, has have any positive impact on deterrence and prevention.
Stop bringing up the statement that what crimes have been deterred is unknown in an attempt to get credit for deterrence and prevention (proactive policing) when nothing at all that was done by you all had any impact.
As the expert in this area and the guy you all will dislike for speaking the truth, no impact on crimes by your actions can be seen by the type of crimes still being committed (Burglary, larceny, motor-vehicle theft, robbery, assault, battery) and their frequency shows no kind of actions taken so far was impactful.
Those with advanced training in this field know the best indicators of deterrence and prevention (pro-active policing) are determined best and most accurately by these types of crimes as deterrence and prevention impact these most. As you can see, they are worse and more frequent.
The excuse they are being done by youth are even worse. They are being done by non-professionals who are using opportunities and open-doors that should have been closed by proper proactive, preventative, and deterrent policing that the law enforcement in Antigua and Barbuda is clearly not using.
So, please stop taking credit where credit should not be taken and making excuses when there is a horrific lack of using proper proactive and preventative policing and advanced available experts.
These proactive, preventative, and deterrent policing methods I have developed for Antigua and Barbuda requires precision in execution as I have detailed to you. It is like executing security for the US president. It requires meticulous planning and execution. It is like a ballroom dance, and I am able to provide this to the small island of Antigua and Barbuda (easier) that would see a drastic decrease in the most vicious crimes in 1 month.
This is simply my way of helping. Let me at them, criminals.

The real problem are the illegals from Jamaica and Haiti that have entered Antigua. These criminals are not being deported, which is now creating a violent mess in our country. Only until Antigua deports illegal aliens, will the violent behavior by these thugs go away.
Antigua needs bounty hunters, mercenaries lots of rope and strong tree branches!
All these gun crimes and robberies are a direct result of Antigua’s lacks immigration system, period!
Criminals run to Antigua to hide, and the guns just come in with no deterant whatsoever. The same way the drugs have been pouring into Antigua, and all that these dumb law enforcement leaders can do is just confiscate the drugs without no arrest whatsoever.
Antigua is doomed, because you have inept leaders at every important position, and most notable the most corrupt one at the top.
Just look at the Commish first statement, it’s more about deflection and excuses, than a strick attitude to really tackle the problems that a facing Antigua right now.
It’s like the man already gave up before he even start..
Bloody joke indeed.
Waste Government we have in power in Antigua to rartid!?
