The Antigua and Barbuda Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ltd holds Biannual General Meeting
On Thursday 24th February 2022, members of the Chamber held their Biannual General Meeting (BGM) virtually via Zoom, starting at 17:30.
The agenda items were addressed:
- Minutes of the Annual General Meeting Jan 2020 and Special General Meeting Mar 2020;
- Report of the Board of Directors for 2020 – 2021;
- Overview of the Plans for 2022 – 2023;
- Election of Officers and Directors of the Board.
Two items had to be deferred for a Special General Meeting to be held in March 2022, those being: the Presentation and Acceptance of Accounts; and Appointment of Auditors.
