My take on that is all caribbean leaders should take a stand like how Barbados prime minister did. All they have to do is to fine tune the program of having Cubans health care professionals in their respective countries. One way to do that is to pay the Doctors and nurses their full salaries direct to them. Then they can go on to pay Cuban for allowing its citizens to work overseas and cut off that stypen. Pay them their full salaries direct like how you pay your your nurses and Doctors. In doing it this way, the question of human Trafficking will be illiminated from their mouth.
