Chairmanship of the Monetary Council?????????
Celebrating……….
What?????????
This is not achieved only performance of qualification…………..
It’s a revolving role………
If it was to be achieved only competence Antigua would never assume that role……….
So please ANR do not glorify nothing……
The celebration is just an waste, abuse and mususe of much needed state resources……..
Stop rubbing the PeeeeeeeeeM’s bald head……
See the PM nah leff Barbuda out ah nutten.
Congratulations Prime Minister Browne. Minister Cora wears quite a few hats in her own home country so I’m sure she’s relieved to pass this one on to you sir.
All eyes will be on Gaston Browne now. Chairing the ECCB isn’t just a ceremonial title, he’ll need to help steer the region through inflation, climate risks, and rising debt. Big responsibility, let’s see if he’s up to it. Congratulations PM
PM Browne taking the chair at a time when the ECCU economy is looking up, he better lock in some real reforms while there’s momentum. Banking, digital currency, debt management, we need bold moves now, not business as usual.
This is a significant appointment. Congratulations to the Honourable PM.
Antigua & Barbuda will be in the spot light for others to admire or to criticize. The country is in a unique position to be in the know!!
Business and Finance education should be a priority for our young people. The doors of opportunity may open for those who are ready for the new policies and changes that are sure to come.
