(Also received a scholarship from the Board of Education to study Sports Management at UWI Five Islands)
Sports Official of the Year
- Ken Pennyfeather – Antigua and Barbuda Football Association

This event us getting very bias and one sided…when are the judges gonna recognise sailing….a person making history to sail around the world, as a black, West Indian, female….and to sail around Cape Horn, not even in the top 3 category….its unbelievable. Same thing every year for the past 3 years….so nobody getting a chance to be appreciated for the hard work, to represent Antigua at the finish line, smh
