The Antigua and Barbuda Holistic Coalition (ABHC) has introduced new “Everyday Mental Wellness” pocket cards aimed at supporting daily wellbeing across workplaces, schools and community settings.

The cards, announced by the organisation’s founder and president Cerene Prince, are designed to offer simple, practical guidance that encourages individuals to incorporate small mental-health practices into their routine. ABHC says the initiative is part of its wider effort to strengthen early intervention and promote healthier coping strategies among young people and families.

Alongside the launch, the Coalition outlined upcoming measures under its Youth Mental Health Care and Education Scholarship Fund, which will provide financial support for counselling services, medication management and psychological assessments. The programme will also include free and low-cost workshops for parents, youth mental-health first-aid training and professional development for educators.

Prince said the introduction of the pocket cards forms a key element of the organisation’s approach to making mental-health resources more accessible, adding that community involvement remains essential to improving outcomes for young people.
