Antigua and Barbuda has scrapped paper disembarkation cards, replacing them with a fully digital system to streamline entry for visitors.
Passengers can now complete the required forms online before arrival, a change welcomed by travelers. Among them was Antiguan diplomat Ambassador Dr. Dario Item, who recently arrived from London on a Virgin Atlantic flight. Expecting the usual paperwork, he was informed that all documentation could now be submitted electronically.
At V.C. Bird International Airport, Dr. Item completed immigration checks by simply scanning a barcode on his phone. The system, available at arriveantigua.com, aims to make entry faster and more efficient.

I guess the next step would for this to be an app.
Though I still hate having to fill in forms and the like. I jsut prefer to walk up, present my passport, a machine reads my bio page, and I go along my way
FYI this does not work on the Apple Safari OS. Antigua, what a place.
Finally…………I havent travelled recently so I havent had the taste of relief but Thank God for this. I dreaded having to even ask people on the plane for their pens. Imaging people just swinging pens on AA. Such a shame. Finally we all can go through this electronically
Well its finally good to see that this really happened. No more paper work. Yes!
Yayyyyy lol sometimes you get tempted to write the wrong thing to see what theynwoud say
I travelled back home just 3 weeks ago and still had to fill out the paper forms. Proud to be among the last to ever have to go through that archaic process!
Time for there to be no form, electronic or otherwise, for holders of Antigua and Barbuda passports. We paid for electronically readable passports. Scanning those should be all that’s needed for us.
I hope there is something in place for the senior citizens who don’t have a phone.
FI-NA-LLY That was a very long wait for something they been touting for over a year now
Why was no official communication released earlier?
