Antigua and Barbuda Dental Association Has Joined the Commonwealth Dental Association and Recently Attended the Trinidad Dental Conference
The Antigua and Barbuda Dental Association (ABDA) has officially become a member of the Commonwealth Dental Association (CDA), following a significant increase in membership.
Dr. Akande, President of the ABDA, emphasized the range of benefits of CDA membership. “In addition to our own quarterly continuing education meetings, we now have access to regular research bulletins and CDA-hosted educational sessions via Zoom, keeping our members informed about the latest advancements in dental care and enhancing our professional development.
Recently, six ABDA dentists attended the three-day Trinidad Dental Conference, where they engaged in classes, hands-on courses, explored new materials, and strengthened connections with colleagues from other CDA member countries.
By joining the CDA, Antigua and Barbuda’s dental professionals are now part of a global network that will foster continuous learning and help elevate the standard of dental care across the nation.
