CABINET NOTES: The Cabinet celebrated and applauded the Federal Judge sitting in New York following his decision to halt the unjustified and overbroad subpoenas seeking bank records and electronic transfer documentation, dating back more than 5 years.

The Russian Claimant has until 21 April to respond to the Judge’s order.

So Gatson, why didn’t you follow the US and just charge the man for the upkeep of the boat? That was the lawful thing to do.
The US followed the international sanctioned laws, why didn’t you?

There is a reason why the first buyer back out, and the second one was kept in the dark from the Antiguan people way after the boat was sold, why?
What was there so to hide that these dealings couldn’t be revealed to the public?
After all, you are the one that said that the second buyer and the second deal would be kept from the public for confedenciality purposes, but why?
So who is more important in your eyes, the concerns of your Citizens or some corrupt company in some foreign country that wants to to the deal under the table?
The terms you agreed to in this entire Alpha Nero deal is very suspicious Gatson, very suspicious, because if there was nothing to hide, why keep the details from the public at the time, why agree to susch secrecy with the buyers and your advisors?
So yes, the sobpenea for your financial records are relevant to this case, you bet believe that.
