The Antigua and Barbuda Department of Environment (DOE) and the Development Control Authority (DCA) have invited members of the public to review and provide feedback on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for a proposed project by the Department of Marine Services and Merchant Shipping (ADOMS).
