Antigua and Barbuda Art Week Returns with ‘Culture in Colour’
Antigua and Barbuda is set to celebrate its vibrant culture as Art Week returns from 26 November to 2 December 2025, transforming the twin-island nation into a hub of creativity and artistic expression.
The annual festival will feature more than 15 events, showcasing visual arts, music, dance, fashion, spoken word and cuisine. It is presented by the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority in partnership with the Department of Culture.
“This year’s Art Week invites visitors and residents to immerse themselves in the creativity and stories that make our islands unique,” said Colin C. James, CEO of the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority. “Beyond our beaches, Art Week highlights the dynamic cultural side of Antigua and Barbuda.”

Activities will take place across Antigua and Barbuda, including historic sites such as Redcliffe Quay and Heritage Quay, and public spaces like V.C. Bird International Airport. The festival opens on 26 November with a spectacular night at Redcliffe Quay featuring live art demonstrations, music performances, and open-air exhibitions.
Highlights of the week include a Visual Arts Exhibition at the Dr. Alister Francis Campus featuring work by Antiguan artist Mark Brown and students from the Antigua and Barbuda College of Advanced Studies. A Sustainable Art Workshop hosted by Good Humans 268 Inc. will explore eco-friendly materials, while Art Talks will discuss the future of Caribbean creativity.
Fashion also takes centre stage with the ‘ZOIGE’ Fashion Show on 30 November, hosted by designer Garrett Javan, presenting bold new designs and interactive experiences. Visitors can also join Art and Culture Bus Tours on 28 and 29 November, offering curated visits to galleries, artisan spaces and scenic landscapes.
