opening ceremony on\u00a0<span class=\"xn-chron\">January 21<\/span><sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0that the embassy also comes to service a \u2018small but dynamic\u2019 community of Dominican economic citizens, which is growing via the\u00a0island\u2019s world-leading Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme.<\/p>\n<p>Former Ambassador to the US, his excellency Hubert John Charles was appointed as
