Daryl Bell, a 71-year-old visitor to Barbuda has died by apparent drowning.<\/p>

It is reported that Bell experienced difficulty with his snorkeling gear.<\/p>\n

While attempting to swim back to his dinghy he experienced difficulty and lost consciousness.<\/p>
