Antiguan students studying at the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus in Barbados on Tuesday joined their OECS counterparts to protest conditions there.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The students took their concerns over the unavailability of water and electricity outside the campus’ administrative building.<\/p>\n

The area around the campus have not had consistent water supply for a number of days and in recent weeks there have been two island wide electricity outages.<\/p>

The students say they want the necessary back up systems for water and electricity on the campus.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

They chanted “we want water…we need a generator.”<\/p>\n

Later, an official of the school said to be the Registrar heard the concerns of the students.<\/p>
